    Standing behind the Lambretta 125 c.c. two stroker in the picture at top left are (I to r) Ambrosini, 1950 World Champion in the 250 c.c. Class;
    Masetti, 1950 World Champion in the 500 c.c. Class, and E. Ferri, a tester for the Lambretta factory. Bottom left and center right pictures show
    two views of the B.M.W. racing model of G. Weier, which is a transverse twin, single camshaft with supercharger in front. This machine ran very
    successfully this past year in Germany, as did the N.S.U. Twin of H. Fleischman, showrt top right. This is a twin cylinder, double overhead camshaft
    with supercharger behind the cylinder. Both of these machines have probablv run their last race for. as Mr. Pauzin writes, "these monsters
    are seen on circuits for the last time, and shall be next year in a museum, as Germany has been readmitted in Continental Races and superchargers
    are forbidden. They shall race next year with atmosphere engines." Bottom right shows C. Bandriola riding the experimental 4 cylinder Gilera,
    fitted with a fairing and a more streamlined rear "fender."
