Car is currently in all original condition bought from the single owner that bought it in 1960 and had it shipped to the states, retired the car in the 80s. Where it sat in his garage for 43 years very well Kept garage dry and clean.
The gentleman passed at 84 years old About 7 or 8 months ago and this was part of a settlement on an estate. I purchased the car with an intent to just flip it. I have not done anything other than wash the car, put a new battery in it, checked all the lights and turned the key to see if it rolled over and did fine.
Also, when I got it, the radiator was out of the vehicle owners said he pulled it because of the loose bracket to have it soldered.
I have done so and have reinstalled the radiator. Before returning the radiator to the car, I did flush it and it appeared to hold water fine.
I have only had the car in my possession for about 4 months.
There is no rust or rot on the vehicle when I transported it and had it on the trailer I looked underneath. It is in beautiful condition. The gentleman took very good care of the car. It is a roadster with no top so I’m sure it’s never seen any rain purposely.
