Antique PYRENE brass 1 Qt.,  Fire Extinguisher. Manufactured by the Pyrene Manufacturing Company, New York, New York. Last patent date is August 20, 1912 and it has a 1911 copyright date on it also. Extinguisher is
EMPTY
, machine buffed, hand polished and clear coated. It is in overall excellent condition except for some areas of dezincification (see last two pictures) and also the fill nut does not come out. The extinguisher measures approx. 13" tall by 3" in diameter. The pump handle does move in and out but the extinguisher is being sold as a collectible item only.
