You'll receive the exact patch pictured - one of SpaceX's early internal patches - serial # 0582.  These patches are distinguished by the attached section of red fabric that is derived from the flown parachutes used for the COTS Demo 2 mission in 2012.  Ruler and quarter are to help provide scale only.
“This limited-edition mission patch commemorates the Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) mission (C2+), May 22-31, 2012, when SpaceX’s Dragon became the first privately developed spacecraft to attach to the International Space Station.  This custom patch contains a portion of one of the three parachutes that brought Dragon safely back at the end of that historical mission.”
The orange “banner” behind the SpaceX logo is the portion of the parachute that is stitched to the embroidered patch.
