    You are buying 1 handmade window topper valance made by me.  This is made with Pioneer Woman Fabric called the Patchwork print. Would look great in a kitchen for pops of color. Lots of red and yellow. This measures 40" wide x 16" long. For fullness it would take 2 valances. This is a cotton/polyester fabric.
