Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher, ca.1900 plus bonus item

Nevermyss Fire Extinguisher Gold lettering on Black. Price of .00 is on it and it was made in
Middleton
,
NY
. It is 22" long
. Most of the lettering is faded but was still able to read the printing.
Fully loaded and has not been spent. I have listed them as New because they have not been used. Please bid accordingly.
The extinguisher is a metal tube, 22 inches long and 2 inches in diameter, with a metal ring on the top end.
These were made in late 1800’s or early 1900. The directions for use are printed on the tube.
1 Fire Detective power cartridge Pat. No. 2422045 Et. Al.. It has 2 wires one black one red.
I have not been able to find info on it. If anyone has information on this please let me know.
