Gifts by Starr is available on multiple platforms and has a warehouse that ships out all of our orders. Our products ship within 1-3 days, but we ask you to please allow up to 4 business days if any production delays arise.
Orders processed after 3 P.M. (Central Standard Time) and on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and come directly from the brands using various suppliers, distributors, closeouts, etc. When you purchase anything from us, you have a 120% guarantee authentic, fresh, and 100% original. We only work with suppliers that have that same guarantee.
***International orders will ship from one of our fulfillment centers closest to the destination when possible. We have fulfillment centers in Canada, UK, Germany, China, or Australia. If an international fulfillment is not available, then it will ship from the United States. Please be advised international shipping can take from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on your location.***
Shipping usually takes an average of 7-10 business days, but shipping carriers may experience slight delays due to the pandemic.

All chocolate gifts ship at your own risk. If at any time the temperature is above 74 degrees we recommend chocolate gifts ships on ice and via next day air. We do not pay claims of any kind on melted chocolate. Where UPS stores and leaves a package is not within our control, and they do not pay claims on melted items. As a reminder: Chocolate and perishable gifts need to ship via Next Day air from May 1st through mid-October.
You ship these gifts at your own risk at all times from May through October. We do not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for melted or damaged chocolates even when they are shipped via air. We will of course add ice or cold wrap, but we can tell you the ice and cold wrap will not protect chocolate when an item sits in the heat for more than 1 day. It simply will not work and again we do not offer refunds or discounts on melted chocolate.
We do not pay claims of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipping via next-day air.
All other gifts containing chocolate will have the chocolates substituted out for hard candies when the gift ships any way other than next day air.
Card Enclosures
Your card enclosures are printed in a packing slip form on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. One half of the sheet is the actual UPS label and the other half is your ship-to information and card enclosure. This paper goes into a clear packing sleeve and the sleeve is attached to the top of the box.
APO, FPO & PO Box Shipping
We do offer to ship to all APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition, there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds, or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. When shipping to any Military bases the proper zip and address format are:

Standardized APO/ FPO shipping

As a reminder, we do not offer claim services of any kind. You ship these gifts at your own risk. PO Box Destinations
Gifts by Starr does offer shipping ship to all US PO box destinations. The wholesale price list specifies which items are available for shipping through the US Post Office. All USPS shipments do take 1-2 extra days to ship out and do not fall under our standard shipping guidelines. US mail delivery offers limited tracking information and is not as reliable as UPS and or Federal Express. Tracking information may or may not include various scans as the item is en-route to the destination. Not all postal shipments will be trackable before delivery. Gifts by Starr will not be responsible for non-trackable packages. You ship these items at your own risk and replacement items will not be shipped when an item is not trackable. Once an item is delivered it will offer proof of delivery. Standard ground service is the only option on all postal shipments. We do not offer express service of any kind on USPS shipments.
Substitutions and Returns
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. Please be aware that at times substitutions of variance in flavor, fragrance, or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts, or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us. We do not notify clients before component substitutions being made. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of Gifts by Starr, and you want to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee within 3 days of the gift being delivered. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If Gifts by Starr has committed an error (excluding substitutions within standard parameters)or a gift is damaged in transit Gifts by Starr will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. However, we do not at any time allow recipients to keep a gift and receive a new one or a complete refund. For us to assist you the original gift must be retrieved. Discounts will be not offered, retrieving the gift and re-shipping or refunding are the only options.

Tracking is provided when the order is processed but, will not show movement until UPS actually scans the package. If you want a signature request UPS is charging 5.75 for that.
