    Description

    Hooked Rug Handmade 35.5”x 25” Great Floral Design Good Vintage Condition Charming.
    Rectangular in an off-white/beige wool background with a light pink solid stripe border. The floral center is simple and stylized, reminiscent of flowers in children's book illustrations from the ‘20s and ‘30s. Colors are lovely pastels — yellow, pink flowers and yellow green and blue green leaves.
    The back side is not far off the front in brightness, and the tape is in good shape. There are a few tiny (1/4-1/2 inch) light yellow spots at the bottom corner (photo),  but these are barely noticeable, do not detract much at all and may be amenable to stain removal.
