J-POLE ANTENNA FOR RECEIVING THE AIR BAND(118 to 136 Mhz)

Description

This is a J Pole antenna  cut for the Air band (118 to 136 Mhz)
This antenna is suitable ONLY TO RECEIVED  the Aircraft VHF band   (due to the 18 Mhz bandwidth of the air band)
If you need this antenna to transmit as well , please let me know
Constructed using 1/2" cooper pipe ,all welded
SWR is 1.2 @ 127 Mhz , this is the mid frequency on the air band
This J pole is collapsible  so you can take it  in a field day...perfect for a portable operation.
Have a Female SO239 bolted (not riveted or welded)  on the antenna to direct feed your coaxial line (50 ohms).
Also available with a "N" type connector upon request at no additional cost.
Very sturdy construction so will last a long time...see pictures.....you will received what you see.
