ONE NEW Opek HF-BD1
HF tilted terminated folded dipole (T2FD) that provides continuous coverage 2-30MHz with typical SWR < 2.0:1 from 2-18MHz and <3.0:1 above 18MHz with proper installation. No frequency tuning required although recommended for use with an antenna tuner. No mechanical parts or active components. This antenna works well for amateur (3.5-30MHz); short, medium, and long haul broadband; and NVIS (2-4 & 5-12MHz); services.  Measures 25m (82Ft) in length with six 20in fiberglass spreaders to keep the antenna wire properly spaced.  Comes completely assembled. Install as a flat-top folded dipole, inverted-V, or sloper antenna. Recommended center apex antenna height of 25Ft
for 80m (3.5MHz) operation, with ends 12Ft
high (for inverted vee or sloper) . Operation at lower heights may require antenna tuner for full coverage. Constructed of high quality components and includes matching terminating restive transformer, center insulator with SO-239 connection, and end insulators. Rated transmit power 150W PEP.
