I've bought dozens of these types of bags over the years & use them in my outdoor bootcamp classes. These are by far the best quality, all the others have had the internal sand bags split, the zips have gone within a relatively short period of time, my first batch of these however, are still undamaged & fully functional 7 months later! The bag is professionally made and looks really good. It's strong and durable which means that you can throw it around without any worries. The weight comes from weighted sandbags inside the product (there is a strong foam cylinder inside that holds the sandbags). The bags are double bagged within a plastic bag and then a cloth bag sealed with Velcro. Yes, this is a complete product as the bags and sand all come as a part of the product.
