As pictured/described.  An older embroidered patch from a NASA Skylab Program period safety sticker in addition to one of those original stickers.  Both feature in this instance the Apollo 12 and Skylab 2 (manned) astronaut, Alan Bean.
Mint/near mint unused condition.
Ruler and quarter pictured just to help provide scale.
