The JS-180 is a heavy duty Joint Simulator. It can provide your tool crib or test laboratory with the capability to simulate actual production  line joint rates and test a variety of joints types. It us used  most often to verify the accuracy and repeatability of electric and pneumatic nut-runners prior to on-line operation.  The JS-180 you can qualify nut-runner torque output on variety of joint ratee, from hard joints (50 degrees to torque) to a soft joint from 720 degrees to torque

May be some pitting on nickel plated parts form setting to long on shelf
Spare parts are 2 each to thick and thin spring washers, 2 foam Crips, a spare brass nut, and 3 anti-slip washers and screws, and one each for a 3/4 drive socket with  3/8 and 1/2 square
