Vintage 1 qt., brass, GENERAL QUICK-AID Fire Guard fire extinguisher. Manufactured by The General Detroit Corp/ The General Pacific Corp., Detroit/Los Angeles. Last patent is 2,563,171 (1951)
The extinguisher has been machine buffed, hand polished, and clear coated. The extinguisher is
EMPTY
and the pump handle does move in and out, but it is being sold as a collectible item only. It is in very good condition with some minor paint loss to the label and only a few minor pin head size indentations (see pics) on the body. Measures approx. 14" tall x 3" in diameter.
I will not accept any bids, or offers, from buyers with a feedback rating of less than 10.
