Vintage Colorful Hand Hooked Wool Chair Pad, 12.5 inch Diameter

Colorful hand hooked wool chair pad. This was part of many accent pieces my mother collected in New England as an antique dealer where she lived. There are a few condition issues, namely a 2 inch and 3 inch separation of the outer loop, which is repairable. Please see the last two photos as they show the separations. I do not have the provenance for this pad, but it is quite old (perhaps late 19th to early 20th Century). Her home was filled with 19th century furnishings, so I do not think I am off the mark too much. She was a stickler about what she acquired.
