This is a 1895-1898 Zanzibar Provisional '2 1/2' Type 4 in red on 2 Anna Blue.  What makes this stamp special is the fact that it has an inverted 'q' instead of a 'b' in Zanzibar.  On top of that, it is signed with an expert handstamp.  It is in Very Fine Mint Never Hinged Condition.  This is S.G. 39H and is valued at L1300 in the Stanley Gibbons catalog.
